Community Guidelines

To keep Realshare an inclusive and safe place for friendly, active and supportive discussion, we ask that our users follow these simple guidelines.

Share the Experience

Realshare is a social networking website for teenagers and young adults living with cancer in the UK. To register with Realshare, you need to be a young person with cancer diagnosed and treated at the age of 14 and/or up to your 30th birthday, within the UK and be a visitor or given permission by the Youth Cancer Trust..

When you register, your patient number will be verified with Youth Cancer Trust. You will then be emailed a username and password. You may change these on your profile page when you log on. Your username is how other Realshare members will identify you. To avoid confusion, please don’t use terms that reflect figures of authority or formal roles such as nurse, doctor, etc.
